Why I am not seeing the submission information on my form?

    CAN YOU HELP PLEASE


    I AM NOT SEEING ANY SUBMISSION DETAILS ON MY FORM

    I have checked your account and see that there are no forms in your account. However, it seems that your account is a sub-account user to another account and looks like you are experiencing the issue with the form in that account. Generally, this issue occurs when there is a difference between the Data center options selected for the both accounts. As I check the other account, it seems that it is not selected to use the EU data center while your account might be enabled this option.

    You may try disabling this option from the Data section of your account so that you should be able to view the form submissions. If you are referring to a different form/account or the issue still persists, please let us know. We will be happy to assist.
