email notifications are not sent via SMTP

    There was an error on your SMTP configuration. Due to that error, our system automatically changed your email sender's address for your form ID

    41694451118253 to to prevent issues arising from your account.

    I have checked your mail logs and it seems that you have an error on your SMTP settings because it is failing to send notification emails.

    Kindly check your SMTP settings again and make sure it has the correct credentials.

    Or try changing your senders email to our default mailing server

    Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains after the change.
