I created a firm yesterday. I then tried to update it on my tablet; it moved a couple of fields and then stuck. I updated to premium. it's still stuck. I cannot edit it. I also find it very slow and sometimes impolsible to log on. So I now have a form which people are using but it's not correctly formatted.
Could you assist please?

JotForm (form builder) is optimized for PC use. Are you having issues trying to log in and edit the form using a PC browser?
If so, can you please try clearing your browser's cache? Please do return to us if it does not help. Also, kindly provide additional information regarding your problem so we can come up with a more appropriate solution.
