Login autosuspended

    My account has been suspended for some reason.  User name jmiller314.  Please let me know what to do to get it back.  Thank you.

    I have checked your account and see that some forms are collecting credit card information using plain textbox fields which is not allowed. Unfortunately, it is not allowed to collect credit card information on plain text fields using JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts will be automatically suspended. Please refer to our terms of usage for more information on phishing. If you need to receive payments, it is required to use one of the payment methods available in the form builder. These payment methods comply with the PCI/DSS security standards to process the payments securely. 

    In order to activate your account, it is required to remove the guilty fields from the form. Please confirm so that we can delete them and activate your account.

    Wait, are you telling me that its not possible to collect credit card info on Jotforms at all?  Even if its encrypted?  We are not taking a payment our team uses this to enter reservations in our database.
