    To my understanding, you are referring to a form that shared with your account by another JotForm account. This form: https://form.jotform.com/81966514640158

    I tested the form and I wasn't able to reproduce the issue that you described. Here's a screenshot of my test.

    Perhaps you were able to fix the issue on your end. Or, are you referring to a different form? Or, is the issue is happening on a specific device? And, can you tell us if the form is embedded on a website and which website, please?
