Facebook tab: Cannot add more than one facebook tab for Jotform.

I have a few questions about jotform on my FB page 

I have 3 forms Newsletter - Contact Terri - Consultation Request

 

Jot form only allows me one FB menu item? Are people smart enough to click the wheel icon to select a form? I thought Id be able to add an fb menu link for each contact method but have them all end up in the same form in aweber.

And can someone fill one out to see if you get subscribed ot my aweber list? i'll remove you - but all my friends are already on my list 

I'm not sure I understood your questions correctly. When I viewed your Facebook page, I can see the links to the form clearly.

May we know the form that  you want us to fill up?

I have 3 forms...the jotform fb admin of the contact terri menu item only allows me to choose ONE form to add to the menu item from the 3 forms Ive created.

When I try to add additional menu items, one per form, back in the jotform creation process the drop down doesnt allow me to choose my page again to add a new, separate menu item to FB 

i did manage to test it - it works w aweber and adds it to my list.

but I need 3 different menu items with jotforms, not just one. 

also - thejotform menu item here on my page is the Contact Terri - the other ones are another app.

To clarify, you wanted to add another form into your Facebook page? Do note that Facebook had a recent update that would not allow adding custom Tabs into pages that has less than 2000 followers.

Maybe this is the reason why it won't allow you to add more items.

No, Im sorry.  I have over 2000 followers.  The FB jot form admin here only lets me toggle through the 3 different forms in the ONE menu item. 

I need 3 separate FB menu items one for each form.



And here in jot forms back end....

When i try to select the FB page to add a different form as a separate menu item jotform doesnt list the page I need to install the menu item on -

I have more than 2 thousand followers and its jotform that doesnt allow
menthe option to select my page in the jotform admin. It allowed me to
select my page once.
Jotform on fb has a toggle wheel that allows mento select a different form
for the ONE menu item but jotform doesnt let me select my page in so i can
add additional menu items

Hey there, Im hoping for an answer regarding the amount of facebook tabs I can have I really need one tab per form on my facebook page. Is it possible?

Unfortunately, our JotForm Tab app for Facebook doesn't support it yet but would be a good feature request.
You can use the custom iframe app for multiple tabs https://www.jotform.com/help/82-Adding-a-form-to-Facebook-Custom-iFrame-App-
