How to find where my form is embedded?

We are receiving form responses but cannot find where the form is living, do you have the ability to track where the form is embedded?

I'm sorry but we cannot track where the form is embedded. However, you can try adding the Get Page URL widget in your form,

This will retrieve the URL and hopefully will fetch the web page your form is embedded.
