You can use our file upload field or simply follow our guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/332-How-to-Create-File-Upload-Forms for step by step instruction on how to upload an image.

I don't think you understand. I was under the impression that I upload images somewhere in JotForm to use on my forms. Images I would use more than once. Here is a blog that supposedly explains it but it seems obsolete as there is no "image wizard" https://www.jotform.com/blog/adding-images-to-your-forms/ BUT what the post implies is that there is a repository somewhere in jotforms of previously used images. How do you add to that repository?

The blog was referring to the "Image" element.

Clicking on the "Image" properties would give an option to upload your own image, get image from your repository (past uploaded images) or even grab image by entering the image URL.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.

OK, so if I'm using a widget and the widget has images. Is the only way to
replace them with URL images? vs. "choosing" and image from a library saved
    within Jotform?

This is correct, the image widgets do not have an option to fetch the images from your JotForm library. Most of the widgets are different from the standard form fields, they are more like standalone apps rather than regular fields.

However, if you 'Copy image address' of some image added with the regular Image field, you should be able to use that address in the widgets.
