Hi,
We have a Bronze membership, we have had this level of Membership for nearly 12mths. We just received an email saying that we have nearly reached our 10 monthly payments. I am unsure what you class as a payment? Can you please clarify this? All of our payments are taken through Paypal, as we do with all of our forms. We have done this for the whole time we have had this membership, so don't understand why we have gotten this email now?
Look forward to hearing for you soon.
Kind Regards,
Jody

We have updated our payment submission limits per month. For the Bronze plan, you can now receive up to 10 payment submissions per month. You can check the pricing page to see the new changes.

Thanks John, can you tell me what you call a payment? What would classify as one payment? We have always been on Silver and have never had any problems with payments? I am confused as to why now this would be an issue?
Thanks,
Josy

Hi Jody, I checked your account and noticed that you were under the Bronze Plan until July, 22 when you upgraded your account to the Silver Plan. As John stated, you're were limited to 10 payment submissions in a month, but since you upgraded to the Silver Plan, this limit has been increased to 100 payment submissions per month.
A submission is considered as a payment submission when one of the payment processing integrations is involved (e.g. PayPal, Authorize.Net, Stripe). In other words, when you receive a payment through your form and this payment is processed by a 3rd party. Incomplete payments are also considered payment submissions, this kind of submission happens when the user fills out your form and is redirected to PayPal (or any other payment processor), but fails to complete his order in the PayPal page.
Do notice that the submissions made using the Purchase Order Widget are not counted as payment since the widget only register the items that the customer wish to buy, but don't actually process payments like the other payment processing integrations.
Feel free to contact us,
Thanks.

BFISCCompConvenorReplied on July 22, 2018 at 10:43 AMHi,
Thank you for your response. I understand that, but I guess I am confused
by the fact that all 5 of our entry forms are set up the same and we have
run them over the last year and never had this come up before???
Why now has it become an issue?
Thanks,
Jody

We recently changed our Payment Limits on May 1, 2018. An email was sent out on April 16, 2018 to all our paid users notifying of the change. If you haven't noticed such email, you may want to check your Spam folder.
