HIPAA Account: unable to integrate form with services through Microsoft Flow

i have a hipaa compliant jot form account. I have found that I am unable to integrate microsoft forms with my jot form account. It seems that only the free account I made will allow me to use flow and jot form. Is there something I am missing? The reason I chose jot form was for hipaa compliance and its ability to integrate with flow. 

I think this is because Microsoft is not yet fully HIPAA compliant. They offer BAA to make your data HIPAA compliance with them. Please read more here:

I have submitted this to our backend team to get more information about this particular restriction. If we have any additional information, we'll let you know here. 

I cannot offer a workaround this time. I tried looking for ways, no option for such. We do not offer the integration with Zapier either for HIPAA accounts.
