rather than allowing me to set email addresses for each form they only allow me to set them for one email address (the account address) in some cases some of my form are not getting delivered or I am not recieving them.

    Hi,

May we know in which form this is happening to?

You can also check these guides as it may help you setting up your form recipient email addresses.

Finding out E-mail Address used for submission notifications

Send Form Emails to Multiple Recipients

Please note that you have to make an actual submissions with your forms to be able to test your new form recipient email addresses. Using the "test email" button will only send notification to the email address that's associated to your account.

Do let us know if you have questions. Thanks!

it is happening on my form entitled recruitment submission form, this form is supposed to email the info to recruitment@business-aid.co.uk, it isn't even being sent to to the root email address ceo@business-aid.co.uk.
also i have another form named contact - mammoth productions and that is sending info to ceo@business-aid despite me setting it to be sent to info@mammoth-productions.com
please help me address these issues. I am not even sure if the other forms are sending correctly because i have had no submissions of them as yet.
    Thanks.

    @business_aid

There is a problem with your form recruitment submission form Thank you page. The TY page is redirecting to an invalid page...

    --  http://www.business-aid.co.uk/index.php/thanks  --

for this reason, the notification process was not able to push thru on the email.

Please try to correct this and test the form again.

Please inform us if the same issue persist after doing the correction.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

This URL "http://www.business-aid.co.uk/index.php/thanks" only gives an 404 error -- which is equivalent to non-existing page.

this is similar issue with the "contact - mammoth production" thank you page

Try to change the Thank You page to the default for the meantime while testing the form.

Please update us of the result after doing this.

    Thanks.

That's so strange it works perfectly for me using morzilla. I have tested it several times. If I set the thank you to the default will this resolve the issue?

    Yes. It should.

I tried the URL on FF, Chrome, and IE.. all return the same error message. I am not quite sure, but it could be that your browser is only seeing a previous cache of the page.

As for the "contact-mammoth form" please take note that it has 4 Notification email the last time I checked, -- and the 1st Notification recipient email address is ceo@business-aid.co.uk, so, it will send also to that.

    Thanks.

Please check this guide for that

    -Receiving-Emails-on-Form-Submissions

You don't have to delete them if you need them. All of the Notification should be sending to the target recipient address no matter how many they are.

For some reason they are sending to CEO@business-aid but tho contact form has nothing to do with the business aid company. I just want it to send only to info@mammoth-productions.com
I have set the info email as the notification email but when I click test it sends to business aid address

If you use the Test Email button.. it will always send to CEO@business-aid  because this is your jotform account email. To test the Notification email, you will have to submit the form.

If you delete all the Notifications and create new one, the initial default email address in the Recipient E-mail box will be CEO@business-aid because this is the form account email.. you can change this to info@mammoth-productions.com instead.

If OK with you, may I suggest then that you just delete all of the Notification email on this form--, and just create new one. -- this way it will get a refresh template.  Again change the Recipient E-mail value to  info@mammoth-productions.com

Please update us if you are able to do this.

    Thanks.

I have deleted all of them an remade a notification for the contact form. I will do the recruitment too once I return from the shop.
I'll message after i have done this and ask you just to confirm it works properly.
By the way I love your company and the great service you supply. I intend to use you a lot more for all my forms and conditions. But it would be great if in the next update to your site you allow more control over the CSS of the forms.
    Thanks.

OK then. We will wait for your update on this.

As for the CSS thing... you can actually 'control' the CSS of the forms from within the form builder alone. By injecting CSS codes.

See this article about it -- Customize-your-Form-using-Custom-CSS-Codes

    Thanks.
