Can the billing date be changed ?

    I would like to have my cycle begin in the middle of the month. Can it be adjusted?

    We would like to apologize, I'm afraid it is not possible to change the billing cycle of your account's plan subscription without canceling it first. Upon checking, your subscription renews every end of the month. And if you want you may contact us on the day that you prefer to be charged for your subscription. Then, ask us to cancel the subscription effective immediately. We will process the necessary refund for the remaining unused days of your current subscription.

    And, once your account is on a free subscription, you can re-upgrade to the same plan on your preferred day.

    I suggest that we cancel the subscription when you are online so you can upgrade immediately after the cancellation to avoid interruption with your business transactions.
