Spam filters

    I am using JOT for the first time and I have found that it worked for the first few weeks then stopped

    Is there a possibility that my spam filter is set to high,  What happened?

    I made a test submission to one of your forms and could see it in your submissions. In our e-mail logs it seems that a notification mail is sent to you. If you did not get any notification mail, you may check your spam mails, spam settings or at further stage you may ask to your e-mail provider about this situation (In case I can send you your mail logs). At the moment your account status is normal and none of submission qoutas are exceed. If you still have problem, could you please describe your problem more in more details.
