    Hi!

This box comes up when my form is accessed for IE (Not Chrome). I haven't been able to check other browsers.

What is it and how do we get rid of it? I don't want to scare people away with this.

    Thanks!!!

Thank you for reporting this to us.

I cloned your form to test it on my end and I was able to replicate the issue. Upon investigating it further, the issue is caused by the Youtube widget.

I investigate it further and if needed I will forward this to our developers.

We will contact you again once we have any updates.

    Hi,

I'm wondering if there is an update or should I figure out a new way to display my videos? Any ideas? I can't publish my form like this.

    Thanks

Apparently, this is Internet Explorer's behaviour. It makes sure that no media is being played without the consent of the user. In this case, it is the youtube video that is prompting the user since it requires audio.

I don't think changing the way on how to display the videos would fix it since, a new widget might just send a signal to Internet Explorer that it is another processor which the user hasn't given permission to, so it will again display the prompt. Nonetheless, you can still try to change it and let us know how it works for you. Note that this issue is again for IE only, other browsers that I've tested with are fine.

I tried to google it and found this solution, you may also want to give it a try:
