Why Terms and Conditions widget is not showing in my forms?

    Hello, dear Jotform support.

    My name is Bogdan, I'm Web Developer, I'm working with one customer, who use your service, also I use JotForms for my needs.

    At each form, we have an additional widget - Terms & Conditions widget app that was installed from your JotForm widget store. But today something happened at your side because all our forms aren't showing this field, and this field is hidden at all forms, and at your app store, if I click to demo at JotForm Terms & Conditions widget, it doesn't show also this field at demo form...

    I'll put some links of forms where you can check HTML code that field must be showing, but it's automatically hidden somehow.. (I think that this problem is on JotForm side).

    We're sorry for this inconvenience.

    I tested some of your forms you provided (as well as the demo form), but I wasn't able to replicate this issue, the widget is showing fine:

    Hi, Nik. Unfortunately, I couldn't see that field (Terms & Conditions widget from JotForm store). I tested that forms at Google Chrome latest version, Firefox, Opera and Microsoft Edge, nothing changed. I made a short video to show you.

    We don't use any custom CSS that can block this view, also we import this form via Iframe code from admin form side (via code).  

    I found this problem at all 20 forms at our 3 websites, and yesterday they had that terms & conditions field, and today we can't see it on form, and customers can't fill this form and submit it.

    Hello Bohdan,

    I have also checked your web page and forms. Nothing seems to be changed at our end and the widget is shown properly on my side:

    Could you please check if some new software was installed, which is blocking the widget field? 

    Have you tried to review the forms via different network?

    We would appreciate if you shared a console report from your browser when the issue happens again. Just in case, here is our guide: How-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers.

    This one seems to be blocked by the web page. Can you please also take a screenshot on the form's direct URL?
