Cancelled account

    I deleted my account and cancelled things. I am still being charged. I want my money refunded from today and I want all my connections with the service cancelled.

    Hello,

    It appears that you have deleted your account, but might forgot to cancel the subscription. I can see that you have used PayPal to subscribe to JotForm.

    Unfortunately, PayPal subscriptions are not flexible, so we need to ask you to cancel it within your PayPal account, the following guide should be of help:

    Then, please get back to us so we could refund the last payment.
