Do we have submissions for our form?

Have we gotten any responses to our scholarship application form?  Haven't seen anything but perhaps no one has applied through jot form.

Upon checking your form, you only got 1 submission which is your test submission. I have also checked your email settings and can confirm that it is setup correctly, so you should be receiving email notifications whenever someone submits your form.

Please note that JotForm is an online Form Builder. Since you already have created a form, to be able to get responses, you should share the URL to your form so people will know that it exists and eventually they will fill it out.
