I have a free account and just created a registration form with a submit button. I want to receive the submissions at my email address. Do I need to upgrade my account in order to do that?
If the account isn't linked to my email address and I don't receive the registration forms, where do they go? How will I receive them?

I checked aforementioned form and found it ay your trash folder.
If you want to get submissions' notifications to your email address, yoı firstly need to set up a notification to your form and add your email as recipient email. Here is a more detailed user guide:

Please note that you do not need to upgrade your account to set up a notification. However, you can add only one recipient email under Free account. If you want to add more recipients, you need to upgrade your account to a paid plan.
