I was wondering if is possible to use redirect conditions based on multiple option fields.

Hi Andrea,

Sure, it is possible to use conditions for multiple option field.

You can find settings tab on 'My Forms' page like the image below.

Then you can click conditions tab, select 'show/hide field' option and set up your conditions and save it.
