Dynamically add rows and per row added should be a separate row on the excel/submission report

I am wanting to create a form that allows a user to enter multiple lines of data in a specific section of the form AND has a line by line output that matches the sample on the excel screenshot attached (instead of the data all being in 1 cell).

In the screenshot, the top section is the preferred layout of the form. The DPU# table section would preferably be Add New Line so the user can add as many lines as they require in the one form

The second section is the preferred data output for this form. Any widgets I have looked at for this feature are dumping all of the data into 1 cell and it is too difficult to work with this.

Any ideas? Can JotForm do this? Are there any gurus available to assist?

    Thanks in advance!!

Based on the description provided, I think that you are looking for the Configurable list widget. Please refer the guide below that can help you with this.

I've updated and added in the screenshot.

The issue with the configuable list widget is the output of the data. All of the information from that widget is contained in one cell and it's not possible to work with the data once it is exported. I'm looking for the same kind of functionality but with a better export outlay.

Based on your screenshot, within your form, you have multiple lines for DPU/Code/Qty, with which, upon submission, you would want them to be in separate rows.

Unfortunately, that is not possible. One form submission will only create one line of row. Irregardless of what widget you'll use, it will only create one submission row.
