Our forms are broken! Sudden occurrence, we haven't edited anything on forms or site

Suddenly two of our forms have stopped working. On our page we get this error code:

    ../../js/builder/question_definitions.js:871: TypeError: Cannot read property 'value' of undefined "\" apiKey=\"" + prop.apiKey.value + "\" services=\""+ prop.services.value + " ^

Is this an erorr on Jotform or somehow on our end? We havne't changed anything anywhere on our site for a week or two, so I can't think of what it could be on our end.

The form previews in Jotform also don't work (when I try to edit and preview the form it just stalls, and when I try to preview the form from the main admin page (listing of all my forms) it gives the same error as above).

    Real world URLS:

In Jotform, these forms are called "List Your Dress" and "Send Your Dress NEW"

    Thank you!!

Also, this has happend recently as well. I think the solution the last time this happened (a few weeks ago) was to use iframe embeds which seemed to temporarily fix the problem. But now it has come back (although it may be a slightly different issue, I can't be sure).

    Hi Jackie

One of our Suport Team members (idarktech) has discovered that Filepicker.io integration is the cause of the problem. Please see this thread for a temporary solution until our developers fix the issue.

Our apologies for any inconvenience which may have been caused.
