The autoresponder email is not working in my form

    You do not have a submission in the form, but I presumed you have already tested this. I also made a submission in the form, and indeed, the autoresponder is not being sent to my email address. 

    The problem could be related to your SMTP settings, so please double check that and make sure to allow Jotform to send an email on your behalf. Please check your hosting logs for the outgoing emails. 

    While troubleshooting this to your end, I would suggest switching your sender email to noreply@jotform.com. Troubleshoot the problem using a test form.
