Receiving Error 502 'BAD GATEWAY" when submitting forms

    Hello,

    Today I noticed when submitting a form I was testing that I received an "Error 502 Bad Gateway" page after submission. The form does not direct back to our website as it used to and we do not receive any emails that a form was submitted, however if I look under form submissions within jotform, I see a submission has been received. This seems to be happening with all of our forms starting today, they were working Friday. 

    Additionally, I noticed that the form link has changed. Previously, the form link was just jotform.com/123456 however now the link has changed and is displaying my user name followed by the form title. Will this link change effect others using the old link? Could this be part of the "Bad Gateway" issue we are having?

    Though it doesn't make any difference changing a form URL to custom URL, could you let us know if you are experiencing the issue after changing the form URL to custom URL? Also, please let us know if the form is embedded on any of your web pages? 

    Can we send a test submission to the so that we can replicate the issue at my end and assist you further?

    Hello,

    We didnt set a custom URL, It changed on its on. The form is not embedded on any websites, its just a link that we click on when we need to fill the form.

    The only changes I made were adding a field. After that, it didn't work. I removed the field and tried again and still ave the same error. 

    Yes, you can send a test submission.
