how do I custom size to the amout of space I have on my website page? It's way too big. Too long. I need it to fit in a specific area on a Muse generated web site. See the size of the Muse contact form attached for reference. PLEASE don't point me to the width sizing tool!!

I see the form in yout Jotform account is quite a lot shorter than the one in your screenshot.
Did you manage to the problem sorted out? or is there is an issue once you add it to your website?

You can "shrink" certain fields so they don't take up the entire line. That might help. Then you can move fields around and arrange the form how you want it.

In addition to my colleague, you can actually adjust the height of your form by decreasing the distance between question or inject custom css into your form.
Here's a sample: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/23364394474965?
