Forms Not submitting correctly

There is nothing in the incomplete payments, i have had 3 submissions recently yet it say 0 new on all forms.

The Emails come in blank, yet i have on there that it can not be submitted if certain areas are left blank.

To which form is this issue related to? Please provide us a link of that form. If the form is embedded, provide us your webpage URL. 

I also checked the email logs in your account and you received only one submission this month from the Volunteer Registration Form. 

Based on the screenshot you provided this submission was received after you reported the issue on this thread considering that the form now has 3 submissions.
