502 Bad gateway error

    We have edited a form this morning and sent it out for our event survey but when our guests are trying to submit the information they are getting an error - bad gateway


    It takes a super long time - like the page is "thinking"

    I have tried making a test submission to your form and it was submitted correctly.

    There could have been a temporary issue with the server at that moment.

    You can tell the users to try and submit the form again. Let us know if the issue persists.
