→When i preview my form there is a space showing in the first part of each section. It throws the alignment off on everything. any suggestions?

jonathan: Are you referring to the spaces in between the sections?
→when i view it there is a big space to the left of "full name" in the Personal Information section
→it is that way in sections 1,2 and 4

The misalignment occurs on the Pastel theme.. if you set it to Default theme, the alignment is OK.
This probably had to do with the CSS when it switches between the 2 theme template.
Maybe we can just inject a CSS code to the Default theme to change the color to that of Pastel.
Please inform us if this is OK with you.

I checked this further, and I found out that simply changing the height of the collapse field can fix the alignment issue in pastel theme combined with your fields.
I injected this CSS code to change the height.
height: 59px; !important;}
