My email alerts are not being received

    Hi folks - great site - having a problem with receiving email alerts.

    I have tested the email address using outlook and the account is receiving normal emails.

    The email address we are wanting to send to is:

    I have used the 'test email' section on Jotform Email Notifications and get the following error message:

    Any bright ideas?

    Seems like we were black listed by the anti-spam filter of your service provider

    I have submitted a delisting request, you will be able to receive emails again in a few minutes.

    It is not blacklisted, but it does not like our Reverse DNS setup. This server has two IP addresses. I fixed the reverse DNS setup. This issue should be resolved in 24 hours.
