Can I make a vendor order form requesting product quantity and also get vendor acknowledgement in JotForm?

I want to create an order form in which I want to place order with respect to qty to vendor, upon availability of qty at vendor end, he will also confirm on jot form link which should reflect at order processed end.

You may also setup an autoresponder so that the form submitting person can receive an email.
