After encryption, I can still see the form submissions in the background. Can this be hidden?

I investigated this in one of my forms. I was able to replicate this.

The submission behind the key upload popup can be encrypted by clearing your browser history, cache as when you generate the key it is saved in your browser. When you check your submission page in a different browser, I believe this page would be encrypted and it would ask to upload your key.

The submissions which you are able to view are the ones before you enabled encryption. These submissions cannot be encrypted again.
