How can I run a report in my form that would let me compare submissions?

How would i create a User Drop down, in which i can run reports for each user or as all users to compare them?

I'm sorry, but you seem to be looking for reports where you can compare "Agents Name" as per your form field. We don't have this kind of report, so my suggestion would be to get the PDF of each submission then compare it locally by downloading the files.
