I used 3 of your forms on a site I built last year and they worked wonderfully. I just heard from my client that they were no longer receiving any emails via the forms. They tested them and rec'd no emails, I did the same. I have included the URLs for the forms on their site. Please help! They have a major marketing campaign starting this week and really need people to be able to reach them via their site and forms.

Have you checked your spam folder if there were emails from your form that went there?
When I checked your form settings I noticed that there was no email sender and name set in your forms:
I'm not sure if this has something to do with the setup on the previous version but please do edit your forms and include a sender name and sender email address in your notification settings.
If you are still not receiving your emails please do notify us.
