My submissions are not being sent to my email account.

The mention form is set to send notifications to email address, firstname.lastname@example.org. Please check this email address inbox or spam folder. Your setting is fine so I am not sure why you can't receive the notifications.
I have submitted a test entry to your form, see if you also don't get it.

Do you mean, the form should send notificaitons to Blocksoflove@yahoo.com? This is what I see on your form notifications settings;
Please be sure to hit save button everytime you made a changes.
