Unfortunately, I cannot access the Facebook Page. I'm from Philippines, can you check the restrictions please, for us to see it. Most of us are from Philippines and I am not sure to when my colleague from US/UK will get online for me to ask help about this issue.
I also want to ask if they (your customer) can see an error? Or, they just can't see your form? Have you check your Facebook Page settings for Non Fans and Fans view?
