How do Get help. You say you have 24 hour help but there is no way to contact you. I have asked several questions and had no reply from your team

We do provide 24 support through our different channels: 

- Via this support forum. 

- Via email at support@jotform.com.

Please note that the response time depends on the traffic we have, for example, it may take a while to receive an answer if we have several questions on our forum and via email, both are always being monitored and we do answer all of the threads we receive.
