When trying to complete 4 pending submissions, I recieved an error, but then a message teling me it was complete.
Now the pending submissions are not showing in that screen, but they have also not been completed.
Can you track them down for me? Will this happen again?Page URL:

I have tried to reproduce the issue without success.
Can you please let us know more about this error so that we can troubleshoot som more?
As per tracking them down, unfortunately, there is no way of recovering this submissions once they are gone.
We'll wait for your response.

Please can you look at my account? It's ok that the submissions have gone, but now in pending submissions i have 4 'blank' pending submissions which i cannot view, or delete.
I'm afraid there is no more detail to share.
No problem that we cannot track the data down. I just want to be sure that the pending submissions section is still working.

Hi, if you are referring to the "Incomplete Payments" as the pending submission, I can see in your account that you do not have this 4 'blank' pending submissions... can you please clarify us on this. Perhaps you have already cleared them properly.
Additionally, incomplete payments are usually cause by non-completion of payment transaction using a payment form. This will then look like a pending submission to you -- but they are actually not.

No idea where they went to, but thanks for trying. A strange bug in trying to complete these pending submissions but as they have now vanished i'll assume its business as usual from here on in.
