How can I embed a "terms and conditions" tick box?

Asked by coined on December 03, 2012 at 10:23 AM

    Hi there

We'd like people to sign up to a programme using Jotform, but we'd like them to have read and agreed to some terms and conditions. Can we link to a page of terms and conditions from a checkbox in jotform?

    i.e question:

Have you read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions (terms and conditions text links to our t & c)?

    thanks
