Input tables - multiple selections

Hi There,  I would like to be able to have a table with radio buttons that an applicant can choose more than one option in a given row.  I've tried Input tables but you can only choose one option per row (like Good, Better, Best). Is there another option out there.  My table has over 10 rows and 3 columns of choices in which they might choose more than one.  What's the best solution.

Please note that radio buttons are meant only for single selection. If you would like to have multiple selections, may I suggest instead to use Input Type = Check Box. Simply select your input table, then click on the gear icon. On the Properties panel, select Fields tab, then set Input Type = Check Box.
