Email receipt issue

    I have created a Service Request form and ran to test request to see if i would receive the email to my business email. Neither request appears on my business email. My business email is marcus.rivercoast@sfxrayimaging.com. Is there something that i dont have set up correctly? i do see the emails under the jotform email section but i need these request sent to my email fo tracking puposes. I like the software from JotForm and will be purchasing the $9.95 a month plan but not until I can get the all isues resolved. Please help
