I have created a Service Request form and ran to test request to see if i would receive the email to my business email. Neither request appears on my business email. My business email is email@example.com. Is there something that i dont have set up correctly? i do see the emails under the jotform email section but i need these request sent to my email fo tracking puposes. I like the software from JotForm and will be purchasing the $9.95 a month plan but not until I can get the all isues resolved. Please help

Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused you today. Can you please change your Sender Email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know if the my solution is working or not so we can further assist you.
