In my Excel Report submissions for 28th Feb are not appearing..

    Hi sorry to bother you again, but these applications are crucial for our institute. 

    There is a slight issue submissions that were recieved on the 28th of February appeared in the printing section there were around 20, but they failed to appear in the Excel Report that I downloaded which is very necessary for us to have. Please help.

    I have downloaded to check your report and saw 57 submissions for the date.  Can you tell us how many submissions in total that you received for Feb 28?

    I appologize the date was 1st March. and we had recived 54 submissions on that day and today March 2nd we have recieved another 53 submissions.

    Today - March 2nd the reports are not even oppening.

    It is giving an error that the webpage is not available

    Please help

    Thats what appears when I use the link to download the report:This webpage is not available

    The webpage at http://www.jotform.com/excel/10063225258 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
    Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): Unknown error.

    UPDATE:  All missing data should be restored now.

    We are still slower than usual since we have not completed the transition to the new database server. I'll post more updates when they are complete.

    It is still not working but this is what it shows (*) so im guessing you are working on it hope it gets solved as soon as possible as we are now 3 days behind schedule and all the data is very important for our institue - cant afford to lose any

    And the Submissions are not appearing either please help ! Following error : 

    No results to display. Check your search query or time frame options.

    Please do not post these in this thread. Since the title of the thread is about the temporary problem we had on the 1st. Please open a new thread for each separate problem.

    The submissions page should be working now.
