    Ordering 5 months of JotForm

Asked by danielschmoyer on December 03, 2012 at 12:45 PM

Hi. I work at a high school and we are using JotForm as a place where teachers can upload student assignments, etc.. and we need a 5 month subscription to the site. Is there any way we can do a 1 time payment that will hold us over through May? Or do we need to pay each month for the service? Doing it monthly is more of a paper work issue but can be done. I thought I'd ask first before ording.

If I order $50 worth of "service" does that give me 5 months of useage or will it only bill me for $10 a month without an option for exteneded months?

    Thanks!

    Hi Dan,

Unfortunately, we dont offer 5 month term subscriptions.

It seems it will have to be a monthly recurring subscription for 5 months.

When you sign up, the subscription automatically recurs once a month with the original payment method until you cancel the subscription or ask us to.

I hope that answers your questions (and isnt too much of a pain), please let us know if you have any other concerns.

    Thanks

No, that's what I thought would happen, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything. Thanks.
