Create a form that has the ability for users to select an individual to be notified when they submit the form

Hi, 

I'm needing to create a form that has the ability for users to select an individual to be notified when they submit the form. Does jotform have that functionality? 

We have 2 types of email alerts here in JotForm, the email notifications and the autoresponder.

The email notification is the email alert that you will receive when someone completed the form. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications.

The autoresponder is the email alert that will be sent to the submitter after submitting the form. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email.

Please take note that in the autoresponder, the email recipient that will be used is the email address entered in the email field. It means that the email entered in the assigned field will receive the autoresponder.
