    You have multiple subscriptions here in JotForm. As of checking, you've subscribed to Bronze and Silver plan. First, please choose what plan do you want so we can assist you properly.

    As per your request, we have now forwarded a request to our manager to cancel the Silver subscription that was paid using PayPal and issue a refund. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account statement.
