Matrix Dynamique widget is messed up

It was brought to my attention by one of my form users that our Maintenance Request form is all messed up. Sure enough, it appears as if the width has somehow been reduced, and the input fields are no longer separated in some cases. I believe this is only affected on the Matrix Dynamique widgets. How do I get this resolved without spending a ton of time rebuilding my forms? 

Try reverting your form to a previously saved version to see if that adjusts it back to what it was before:

The widgets can be adjusted manually to fit again by adjust the input widths in each widget, but hopefully there is a version in the revision history with the correct formatting.

Is there any way I can get some help with this issue? The last time I made changes to the form was back in February, and I really don't want to undo those changes by reverting. Besides, mgeisler02 has already stated that reverting doesn't help.

You can resolve the issue with your Matrix Dynamique widgets, by reducing the width of the "Description" fields to 100 for the first Matrix Dynamique field and to 150 for all other fields, inside of the widget settings.

You also need to set the width of all Matrix Dynamique widgets to 750, inside of the field properties.
