Hi
I'm integrated with stripe and would like to have my customer information that is sent to stripe and my contact CRM to send the data using the customers first and last name, email address and all contact info. Currently, it is sending the info by email address and credit card number. Is there a way to change this?

Could you please provide more details on your inquiry? Would you like to update some info for existing customer at Stripe, or capture some additional information when a new Stripe customer is created? Any examples would be appreciated.

I currently capture name, number, birthdate, address etc. credit card info. It’s getting saved in stripe by credit card and email. When I search for a customer in stripe I have to search by their email address because that’s how jotform sends the info to stripe. I want the info sent using their name.

It's been like this since we offer the integration. If you check the payment section, you will see the payee name is saved correctly into the Name section. The search bar in Stripe is working for all sections, Email, and Name as far as I could see.

Also, the Customers section in Stripe is formatted this way. Like when you add a customer manually, it will ask the email address, not the full name;
