Locked out of my account

    I was making changes to my Jotform account since my business name has changed and so has my email. I am now unable to get into my account. It sent me a link to click on to confirm email address, but when I click it says the link is invalid. Please help!

    I did not find any Jotform account that is associated with your email address JaxBabyCompany@gmail.com.

    Please provide any of these following: 

    - The form URL.

    - The website where the form is embedded.

    - The account username.

    - The correct email address registered to the account.

    Are you referring to this account username (JaxBabyCo)?

    If yes, it is registered to the email address (firstcoastdoulas@gmail.com). Do you recognize the email and account username?

    Yes, I recognize both. My old business name is First Coast Doulas the new
    business name is The Jacksonville Baby Company.

    Are you able to login to JaxBabyCo with firstcoastdoulas@gmail.com email? If not, try the forgot password and see if you will receive an email from Jotform.
