Timeframe for disabling HIPAA

    I found the Disable HIPPA Compliance option and selected it yesterday.  Any idea on the timeframe on when we can expect the forms to switch back?  We really need that full functionality for all but 1 of our forms and right now they're not working properly.

    I have checked your account and forms, HIPAA is still enabled.

    I have escalated this to our technical team to expedite the process.

    We will let you know as soon as HIPAA is disabled on your account.

    I have checked your account and unfortunately,you're still under HIPAA.

    The ticket has been assigned already to our developer and flagged the priority as very important.

    It looks like our account is now non-HIPPA, thank you. 

    When reviewing our report submissions to create monthly reports, the Submission ID's are no longer there.  Will they be back in the future?  We really need that data for the unique id used in our reporting.

    Just figured it out.  The Submission ID field was unchecked for some reason.  We're good now.  Thank you for all your help with this.
