Can I cancel scheduled autoresponder e-mails once a condition is met?

I would like to use the Send Emails Later option to schedule three separate autoresponder e-mails at one week intervals as reminders that a payment is due. However, if the customer makes the payment, I would like to cancel the remaining reminders to avoid confusion.

Is it possible, either manually, or conditionally, to cancel the future e-mails after the initial form submission has occurred?

    Thanks!

When you say "the customer makes the payment", I assume it is through the payment field in your form. And, to my understanding, it is part of the process that the customer can go back to their submission to edit it or make a payment, is that correct?

I believe it what you are trying to accomplish is possible. You can set up conditions in your form that will only send email alerts after a successful submission if the conditions are met.

If my assumptions above are correct, you can have the condition like this, "If Payment Field is not field SEND Autoresponder to the recipient."

Please give it a try. And if, in any case, you encounter any issues, please feel free to get back to us and we will be glad to help you.
