Unable to edit or access the forms

I suddenly cannot get into any of our forms! I have been working on them all am and currently have the uploads downloading.  

I saw a Folder tab up top so tried to create a folder that I planned to move all past years submissions to and now that folder title shows up on the right under My Forms and I cannot get into Any form!

Please help!  How do I fix this???

Also, I am now unable to open ANY of our forms in this account!!!!  We Must have access this weekend so Please help asap!!

I submitted a test registration myself and though I completed it, I have no notification nor can I see where it when at all.

I checked your account settings and there are no issues.

Looks like you are inside a folder which is why it didnt let you select the forms.

Please click on MyForms option on the top left navigation. This should allow you to select the forms and see the data.

Let us know if this helps.  

It doesn't!  If I "delete" the folder, will that work? 

I have also checked your account and unable to replicate any issue at my end. There are no forms in the newly created folder as well. You may try deleting the folder and see if that works. We have also cleared the form caches of your account. If the issue still persists, you may also try logging into a private/incognito window or a separate browser to see if that helps.
