iOS 7 Time Widget/Card & Classic Forms: Widget causes the form to get stuck on please wait.

    One of my forms is currently not working all of a sudden. It's been working just fine but noticed that some of my clients are telling they can't submit. Once they've filled out my form and click "Submit" it just gets hung up on "Please wait"


    This is a huge problem because it's my main form for my business. I don't know how many clients I'm losing because of this. Just so happened that I called one of them and told me they tried and didn't work so they just didn't do it.

    I checked your form and there's indeed an issue with the submission process, as you can see in the screencast below:

    This problem usually arises when you embed your form on your website, and the JS scripts of the form conflict with the scripts in your page, since this problem is happening in the Direct Link in which the form is hosted, this problem is probably happening due to some issue with a JS script of a particular field within the form.

    I've escalated this thread to our development team and we'll get back to you with a solution for this matter, any updates regarding this issue will be provided to you via this thread.

    Thank you, Idk what's causing it since nothing was changed. It's been working for years and all of a sudden it doesn't. 

    As you said, it's happening straight from Jotform, not from my site only. I've tried my other forms and they work just fine.

    I have been testing this further and I can see the issue is related to the iOS 7 Time widget you have on your form, I have tested using a cloned form of yours as well as brand new forms on my end,  I will include my findings on the ticket my colleague opened.

    Thank you Kevin_G, that was it. I changed it to another widget. How did you isolate the problem?
